How to Enter:
Participants must like, follow and comment on the respective Mid City Centre social media platform posts.
Participant must follow the requirements set out in the captions of the respective posts in order to enter the competition.
The above information on ‘How to Enter’ forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry into this competition is open to viewers of the ‘Competition Post’ who fulfil the above requirements (“Participant”).
The competition commences on 5 January at 10:00 and concludes on 25 January at 18:00 (“Promotional Period”). Only one entry is permitted per person and the winner will be notified via direct message. Winner will be drawn and contacted on 27 January.
There is 1 prize to be won. The prize supplied by MidCity consists of 1 x $1000.00 Virgin Active Voucher towards the participants chosen Membership. The voucher’s validity date is subject to Virgin Active’s Ts & Cs and the voucher must be claimed by 28 February 2023 . If, for any reason, the Participant does not redeem their Prize by this date, the Prize will be deemed invalid and cash or other goods or services will not be offered in replacement.
Should the Participant’s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the Participant’s responsibility to notify MidCity Centre. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry must be directed to MidCity Centre only.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
